Could your horse or pony be the next Larkrigg superstar?

Our ponies have a great life, they don't get worked too hard, have lots of turnout, quiet stable herds and lovely stables to come in to!

If you think your equine could do our job please get in touch - we are always on the lookout for ponies and horses to join the team, ideally they would be over 7, sound and between 11.2hh and 16hh (we will consider exceptions to this though)! They should be able to walk, trot and canter alone and in company in the school in a quiet balanced way. Ability to jump a small course of jumps, hack out and travel well are great but not always necessary! Please get in touch and tell us about them!

	The BOYS!
		RAMBO (Brynithon Rambo) 13yr old bay gelding, around 13.1hh Rambo is a good all rounder who has come here from a private home, Rambo is a fab jumper and is a favourite when it comes to PC games!
	CHIPS Is a fat grumpy little monster but is fantastic at lunge lessons so we forgive him for it!
		PUZZLE Puzzle is a piebald gelding and is very quiet to ride. He used to be in greenbank riding school.
	Radley Radley is a very smart boy who has done showing and side saddle with his old owners. He also really enjoys his jumping but can get a little giddy!	Radley with his old owner at the Side Saddle Championships.
		OSCAR Sadly Oscar passed away over the Christmas holidays after a short illness.
	MOON Highland x Irish Draft, so built like a bus! Moon is often used for adult beginners as he is so quiet and comfortable!
	Ash and Dannii winning at Cartmel Show. Ash proving he can float with all 4 feet off the ground!	ASH Washingpool Lady's Man Chestnut Welsh cob, very cheeky, loves to chew what ever he can get hold of! Ash is a super jumper and is always in big demand at pony club gymkhanas!
	JOHAN Worth the Wait Johan is a schoolmaster superstar! He will tootle round with a little rider but then will take it up a gear with teenagers. Johan has done loads of PC and even hunted in his past so he knows what he's doing!
		LlANNI Windleway Goldrush Llanni is a smart, cute little welshie who is a big fave with his riders - he has a smooth canter and is a keen jumper!
	GUS 14.2hh The hardest working horse on the yard, Gus is often used to teach beginners to ride and have a first canter however he absolutely loves having a good blast round a course of jumps and adores his XC!
		FERGUS Mereholme Firecracker Fergus is a bit of a monkey and the class clown! A really cute pony he's definitely extra special!
	TWINKLE At 7hh Twinkle is the smallest pony at larkrigg but the most trouble! He bosses everybody about and sticks his nose into everything!
		DESMONDO Desmond is a 13hh grey gelding who is a real sweetie and a big favourite with all his riders!
	JAZZ Jazz is for sale and in need of a new home... Jazz is 13hh and is a real sweetie to ride, hes a bit like a mini Solitaire!
	The GIRLS!
	ECHO Crystal Echo Echo is a very pretty pony. She likes her schoolwork and is very kind to her riders.
		ROSIE She may be little but Rosie is our jumping Queen! She's also a dab hand at games! Small but speedy she's also quite happy teaching learners the ropes!
	SOLITAIRE Sol is a real superstar, she's taught more people to ride than you've had hot dinners! Sol might be old but she still likes the odd jolly over a few jumps now and then!
		ROZANNA Lowfold At A Price Much loved by adult and teenage riders alike Rozanna is a true schoolmistress. Rozanna had a lovely filly foal in the spring and is now back to work!
	SACHA Sacha is a tobiano (black, white and brown) mare who is an absolute superstar. She is lovely and quiet to ride and really enjoys her jumping.
		MISTY Misty is a chunky little black mare. She is extremely popular with adults and pony club to use for XC and jumping as she is so keen and honest.
	SHERRY Sherry can be a bit grumpy in the stable but she more than makes up for it by being an absolute poppet to ride, she has a super smooth canter and just loves to jump!
		PEBBLES Drop dead gorgeous, but a bit lazy! Even so, she's everyones favourite!
	ROXIE Roxie is a small bay mare, she came from a private owner at Greenbank where she was known as Rosie...we already have 3 Rosies so she has become Roxie!!! Roxie is quite whizzy and a keen jumper	pic to follow...
	The LIVERIES!
		OLIVER Oliver Twist Grey Gelding on livery for Anneka. They take part in Pony Club activities
	LIBBY Libby is Judy's horse and has done a lot of showjumping in the past, the pair hope to compete in some dressage competitions this year.	Libby and Judy at their first Dressage Competition
		Timmy Milton Opus Timmy is on livery for his owner Tim. He has done lots of jumping before he came here, now he's teaching Tim the ropes!
	JAKE Jake is a very pampered horse! Very steady and straightforward he lives facing the school and is always keen on having a bit of a headscratch off anyone watching lessons! Jake is on livery for Lucy and her mum Jane.

	DIXIE Dixie is a cute little Piebald gelding who is on Livery for Charlotte. They hope to have lots of fun together and do some Pony Club competitions in the future

	The PETS!
		TREACLE and ZOE Treacle has a white spot on her back, Zoe is a bit mad and is usually found patrolling pretending to be nice then attacking customers!
	MILLIE Chinchilla that lives in the tack room and loves to make a racket and chewing stuff, very very cute and cuddley
	COCO, RHUBARB AND CUSTARD, HAIRY and STARLIGHT and GINGER
	Larkrigg Dogs!
		BECKY and MILLIE Becky is an ancient black lab who belongs to the Wilson family, shes a bit deaf and blind but is very friendly, loves food and having her tummy tickled! Millie is Grahams dog and lives on the farm, she isn't very friendly so please don't try to fuss her!
		GEM and MEG Not puppies anymore, both of these dogs are working sheepdogs and not pets. Although usually friendly please leave them alone when they are in their kennels or out working
	Visiting Dogs!
		MISHKA, ROSIE and CASSIE Mishka, Cassie and Rosie sometimes come to Larkrigg with Kim and Julie. Mishka and Rosie are small and excitable, Cassie is usually found asleep in Julies boot!
